Between the Shadows is a dark, resinous perfume with fir, incense, patchouli, and spice.

Sweet orange appears first, edged with black pepper, star anise, and clove. Wild fir cools against the warmth of frankincense, myrrh, and labdanum from Cyprus.

Patchouli form the center of the perfume. One is deep and polished; the other is darker, earthier, and more rugged. Vetiver, oakmoss, and fir balsam extend the woods, while benzoin, cocoa, and vanilla add warmth without turning sweet.

It draws from the quieter and darker side of the season - the long evenings, old traditions, and pleasure of being warm indoors while the woods outside disappear into shadow.

For people who like their fragrances dark.

Dark earth and balsamic woods with a restrained trace of sweetness.

Labdanum shapes the entire wearing experience. It begins warm and resinous, develops darker leather and smoke facets, and becomes smoother as it settles into patchouli, moss, balsam, and benzoin.

The orange and spices remain at the edges. Cocoa and vanilla soften the base without turning it sugary or gourmand.

Between the Shadows is available in a 5 ml travel size so you can spend time with the fragrance before purchasing a larger 30 ml bottle.

Opened or used fragrances, including the 5 ml travel size, are final sale.

Unopened fragrances in their original condition may be returned for store credit:

• Contact HĀVN within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Approved returns receive store credit.
• HĀVN will email you a prepaid return label.
• The cost of that label will be deducted from your store credit.
• We do not deduct the original shipping cost.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, HĀVN will cover the return shipping.

Between the Shadows is made without synthetic fragrance materials. The formula brings together natural woods, resins, spices, evergreen extracts, and two distinct patchoulis.

Ingredients are selected for their quality and character, with certified-organic materials used where possible.

Standard USPS ground shipping is complimentary.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared. Because perfume must ship by ground, delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 business days.
