Can I sample your fragrances?
Each HĀVN fragrance includes a complimentary sample vial as part of our Discovery Experience. This allows you to explore the scent at home before opening the full-size bottle. If the fragrance isn’t for you, you may return the unopened full-size bottle in accordance with our return policy.

What are natural fragrances?
Natural fragrances are crafted entirely from plant-derived materials. These include essential oils, absolutes, resins, CO₂ extracts, and natural isolates obtained from botanical sources.

What kind of ingredients do you use?
HĀVN fragrances are crafted entirely from plant-derived materials and produced in micro-batches using ethically sourced botanical ingredients. We do not use synthetic fragrance materials, added dyes, or animal-derived ingredients (with the exception of honeycomb). A full list of ingredients is provided on each fragrance’s description page.

Are your fragrances cruelty-free?
We do not conduct animal testing at any stage of our formulation process and never commission testing on our behalf. Our fragrances are crafted using plant-derived materials sourced from established suppliers who operate within modern regulatory frameworks.

Are your fragrances unisex?
HĀVN fragrances are designed for anyone. We do not classify scents by gender and encourage you to wear what resonates with you.

How long will a natural fragrance last?
Botanical fragrances tend to wear closer to the skin and evolve over time. Most HĀVN fragrances last approximately 4–6 hours, depending on skin chemistry, environment, and application. Reapplication throughout the day is expected.

How should I care for my fragrance?
Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes.

Do you sell outside of the United States?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
