Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions and Pre-orders
We offer certain items as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay for the entire subscription in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You can cancel this renewal at any time.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the links in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or is soon to be available.
- Pre-orders require full payment at checkout
- You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the product has shipped, you can no longer cancel the order
