Shipping Policy

Shipping

Because fragrance contains alcohol, HĀVN orders must travel by approved ground transportation. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Orders $100 and over ship free within the contiguous United States.

Shipping charges for orders under $100 are shown at checkout.

If you are ordering more than one Discovery Sample, they can travel together in the same shipment.

Processing + Delivery

Orders are typically prepared within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During launches, holiday periods, or unusually high order volume, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Once shipped, fragrance must travel by ground. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier conditions, and weather, and hazardous-material shipments may require additional transit time.

Because fragrance contains alcohol, expedited and air shipping are not available.
