At HĀVN, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on unopened full-sized bottles in their original condition.

Return Guidelines

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• After submitting a return request, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it has been approved.
• You may choose HĀVN store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds to the original payment method are issued within 10 business days of approval. 
• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
