Returns

Fragrance is personal. We recommend trying a Discovery Sample before choosing a larger size.

Discovery Samples, travel sizes, and full-size fragrances are final sale.

Each $15 Discovery Sample includes a $15 digital credit toward a full-size HĀVN fragrance. One credit may be used per full-size bottle.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please email info@havnlabs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve it promptly.

Please keep the fragrance and packaging until you hear from us.

For questions or concerns about an order, contact info@havnlabs.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
