At HĀVN, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on unopened items in their original condition.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After submitting a return request, you’ll have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued as credit to your HĀVN account, which can be used towards your next fragrance purchase.
- Alternatively, you may request a refund to your original payment method, which will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@havnlabs.com.
